Beloved South Western Sydney pub the Camden Valley Inn is proud to announce the launch of its new Winter Menu, sporting 21 brand new dishes that are solely the result of customer feedback.

Early in April, the venue’s chef and marketing departments sent out a survey to their members to understand the changing needs and desires of their customers, which resulted in 2,000 customer responses within 24 hours of its release; all helping to shape the venue’s menu into what it is today.

This is the first time the Camden Valley Inn has curated a menu completely based on customer feedback, and General Manager Kayla Seeney has said the community response has been overwhelmingly positive.

"Caring for our customers is at the heart of everything we do at Camden Valley Inn, and we take their feedback very seriously,” said General Manager Kayla Seeney.

“We recognise that our customers' needs are constantly evolving, which is why we strive to stay ahead of the curve by regularly refreshing and adding to our venue. Our new Winter Menu is a perfect example of this - we listened to our customers and curated new dishes that they have requested and I’m sure others will also love. We pride ourselves on providing an unforgettable experience to all our guests, and we will continue to do so by putting our customers first."

The survey findings uncovered that the local community wanted more share plates, winter warmers, vegetarian options and more desserts. Customers overwhelmingly chose the Roast Lamb Shank with Yorkshire pudding - which is very fitting to the country-feel establishment, and now appears on the menu.

Among other dishes on the new menu are the mouthwatering Cauliflower Bites, which are served with chipotle mayo, and the hearty Pumpkin Soup, which is accompanied by toasted focaccia. Other new additions include the Brie Board, Toasted Focaccia with a trio of dips, and Onion Rings.

For those with a craving for pasta, the Beef Ragu Pappardelle is a must-try. It features 12-hour slow-cooked beef ragu, basil, and parmesan cheese. Meanwhile, the Chicken Supreme, butter chicken, Brisket, and Pulled Beef Panini are all sure to satisfy the heartiest of appetites.

Dessert lovers will also be delighted with the Sticky Date Pudding served with vanilla bean ice cream and butterscotch sauce, the Apple Crumble with rhubarb and granola crumble, and the Cheesecake Bites served with lemon curd and fresh berries.

To accompany these delicious dishes, Camden Valley Inn also offers a range of delectable cocktails. The Salted Caramel Martini, Lychee Martini, and Porn Star Martini are all available for those who like to enjoy a refreshing beverage with their meal.

Camden Valley Inn is a popular destination for those looking for great food and a comfortable atmosphere. Customers can enjoy the new menu in the venue’s many dining areas - some which even sport cosy fireplaces; perfect for winter dining.
