Wander into an inner-city secret garden at the newly transformed Zeta Bar, Hilton Sydney, with speciality garden-themed cocktails and a weekend high tea.

Hilton Sydney’s Zeta Bar has transformed into a new inner-city secret garden concept that will showcase a series of gins from around the world with a three-season partnership, starting with Monkey 47 Gin and followed by Malfy Gin. Filled with lush greenery and florals, this newly transformed space brings the gin botanicals to life creating an idyllic escape for after-work drinks, along with a high-tea menu on Saturdays.

Offering an exclusive garden-themed rooftop terrace escape in the heart of Sydney’s CBD, take in the beauty of floor to ceiling greenery whilst sipping on a selection of specially curated Monkey 47 Gin cocktails, the first in a line-up of gin partnerships. An ideal Gin to launch this concept, with the Gin’s 47 botanicals brought to life in this garden bar. 

Visitors will find an unbeatable happy hour offer from Wednesday to Saturday between 5-6PM, with a set menu of four cocktails:

  • Monkey 47 Gin and Tonic $10
  • Monkey 47 Gin Negroni $12
  • Monkey 47 Gin Martini $12
  • Paradise $12

A menu of Monkey 47 Gin garden-themed speciality cocktails will complete the drinks offering with a Black Forest Negroni, Paradise, Turkish Delight and the Garden of Eden.

Take your high tea to new heights on the rooftop terrace with views of the QVB every Saturday from 12:30pm. Indulge in a selection of sweet and savoury options with freshly shucked Sydney rock oysters with ikura and ponzo along with crumpets with caviar, potato and egg, along with classic scones with jam and cream. The gin-based Turkish Delight, Citron Tea and classic Espresso Martini cocktails are included as part of the 90-minute offering, for $99pp.

A new musical offering complements the immersive garden-themed setting including special resident DJ, Playlist by Trey, with the following weekly line-up of live acts:
