The Fiddler, the renowned pub in Rouse Hill owned by the Lewis Land Group, is thrilled to announce the launch of its new menu items that bring a fresh and innovative twist to pub dining. On June 1st, The Fiddler unveiled a selection of 11 new dishes, breathing new life into their menu.

With an impressive repertoire of 50 items, The Fiddler boasts one of the largest menus in the pub industry. In order to enhance the dining experience for its valued patrons, the pub decided to retire a few items and introduce an exciting range of new creations. Over several weeks, Head Chef Suneet Bhagat, the kitchen team and Marketing Manager Jo-Anne Saliba collaborated tirelessly to develop these new offerings, culminating in a selection of dishes that have already become best sellers.

Among the highlights of the new menu is the revamped classic Steak Sandwich. This crowd favourite now features a modern twist with the addition of The Fiddler's delectable house-made chimichurri, perfectly complementing the succulent steak. In addition, the menu now includes the indulgent Rosemary Lamb Cutlets, served with roasted pumpkin mash, asparagus, caramelised pearl onions, and a rich red wine jus.

The rest of the steak dishes at The Fiddler have also been elevated, with traditional potato chips and salad now replaced with chimichurri baked chat potatoes, accompanied by sides of broccolini and a corn rib.

As part of their commitment to offering a diverse range of choices, the pub has also introduced four new salads to their menu. Patrons can savour the seasonal Cinnamon Pumpkin Wedge Salad, the vibrant Mexican Bowl, the family-favourite The Gardener, and the refreshing Kale & Apple Salad.

"We are extremely proud of the new additions to our menu, which have been met with an overwhelmingly positive response from both our customers and staff," said Jo-Anne Saliba, Marketing Manager at The Fiddler.

“Head Chef Suneet Bhagat, the kitchen team and I worked tirelessly to finally bring these dishes to life. Our aim was to bring new and exciting culinary options to the Hills area, elevating the pub experience while staying true to our core values. We invite everyone to come and experience these delectable creations for themselves."
