Maple cold brew  

Get creative with your next coffee with a maple cold brew, enhanced with warming spices of cinnamon and cardamom. For a decadent finish be sure to top this recipe with whipped cream to create the classic Mont-Blanc cafe style dollop to add a bit of indulgence to your coffee routine this International Coffee Day. 

 

Maple strawberry matcha latte 

If you’ve jumped on the matcha train, then why not celebrate International Coffee Day slightly differently with a matcha in hand? Enjoy a refreshing morning drink without the coffee kick and treat yourself to a maple matcha latte made with sweet strawberry syrup. Combine a shot of earthy matcha with pure Canadian maple syrup and your choice of milk before blending a cup of fresh strawberries, lemon juice and more maple syrup and fill the glass over a handful of ice.
